Devlet ve toplum ilişkilerinin farklı yöntem ve perspektiflerle kuramsal düzeyde analizi becerisinin kazandırılması.
Bu derste, devlet ve sivil toplum kavramları, bunlar arasındaki ilişkinin dönüşümü klasik ve çağdaş yaklaşımlar ve yöntemler etrafında sorunsallaştırılacak; Türkiye'de devlet ve toplum ilişkilerini açıklamaya yönelik öne çıkan yaklaşımlar analiz edilecektir.
