Bu dersin amacı liderlik teorilerini, bunların işyerlerindeki yansımalarını ve alanda yürütülen güncel araştırmaları incelemektir.

Bu derste E/Ö Psikolojisi alanında liderlik teorileri ayrıntılı olarak ele alınacak, teorilere yönelik yürütülmüş hem ulusal hem de uluslararası araştırmalar ele alınacaktır.

Dersin bir bölümü seminer şeklinde geçerken, öğrenciler çeşitli ödev ve sunumlarla derse katkı sağlarlar.
