Dersin Amacı

Bu dersin temel amacı, iş stresi kavramını Endüstri ve Örgüt Psikolojisi bakış açısı altında incelemektir.

İçerik

Bu derste iş stresi kavramı, iş stresi teorileri, iş stresinin ölçümü, iş stresinin sebepleri ve neden olduğu sonuçlar ile bireysel farklılıkların iş stresine etkisi gibi konular işlenecektir.

Öğretim Yöntemleri

Dersin bir bölümü seminer şeklinde geçer, bunun yanı sıra öğrenciler çeşitli ödev ve uygulamalar yaparak öğrendiklerini pekiştirirler.
