Dersin Amacı

Bu dersin amacı; öğrencilerin Uluslararası İlişkilerin hukuki boyutuna ilişkin donanım edinmelerini sağlamak; bu alanın temel oluşumunu, kavramlarını, ilkelerini ve kurumlarını özümsemelerini ve eleştirel ve geniş bir bakış açısı geliştirirken onun temel kaynaklarından yararlanabilme ve bunları değerlendirebilme, yorumlama kabiliyetini geliştirmelerini sağlamaktır.

İçerik

Uluslararası İlişkilerin hukuki boyutunu oluşturan Uluslararası Hukukun hem akademik-teorik alanda hem de pratik olarak yorumlanması, uygulanması, geliştirilmesi gereklidir. Bu ders, "Giriş" mahiyetinde temel Uluslararası Hukuk bilgisine hal-i hazırda sahip olan öğrencilerin, daha ileri bir düzeyi teşkil eden bu unsurları ele almaları ve tartışmalarını kapsamaktadır.
