The main objective of this course is to introduce and teach basic data structures and algorithms that can be used to design solutions for complex software problems. The students who take the course will be able to learn how to use these data structures and algorithms in different application domains and will be able to use these data structures and algorithms to solve complex software problems.
Fundamentals of algorithmic problem solving and algorithm analysis, lists and linked lists, queues and stacks, trees, graphs, search algorithms, sorting algorithms.
Face-to-face lecture and lab sessions, online course materials, visual presentations, discussions, lab works.
